Lawyers for TPCI, NSDFA, and groups opposed to the oyster farm in Antigonish Harbour filed documents this week in advance of the ARB hearing. The ARB has posted these documents on its website. One of the most important documents filed on behalf of those opposed is an affidavit and report by a highly qualified Marine Biologist named Dr. Peter Cranford.
